Please let me start with how amazing Blythe Beck is. She is a true example of a Boss Lady ! Blythe is not only the owner but also the chef she is literally on the line giving it her all. I was nervous to meet her but her personality drifted all of my fears away. She is sweet and spontaneous lady and may I mention she is an UNT alumni which is the school that I attend now.
The menu is full of creative names and recipes. I was intrigued by the “Hoestacks” until the waitress informed us about the chicken biscuits made with homemade cheese biscuits ! This chicken biscuit was everything I could’ve dreamed of.
